We don't pretend security awareness training is a one-time event. Compliance frames assume year-round training, our content cadence assumes year-round engagement, and our pricing assumes a year-round commitment.
- 12-month minimum term
- Every plan is annual. Monthly billing is available on request at a 20% premium, but the 12-month commitment still applies. Cancellation before the anniversary results in remaining months being invoiced.
- Auto-renewal
- Plans auto-renew for successive 12-month terms. Renewal reminders sent 60 and 30 days before term end. Cancel any time at least 30 days before renewal to opt out of the next term.
- No free trials
- A 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans replaces the trial-and-cancel pattern. If we are not the right fit, you get a full refund within 30 days of activation.
- Custom content (add-on)
- Custom content delivery is available as an add-on for organizations that need to deliver their own training content alongside the standard library. Includes embedded video, quizzes, and certificate issuance under your branding. Pricing shared on request.
