From signup to certified team, in four steps.
ClickCerts is opinionated about what a small or midsize team actually needs from compliance training. The whole platform is built around four steps — everything else is plumbing we've already done.
- 01
Provision your company
Create your company, upload your logo, and set a welcome message for your team. Configure Microsoft 365 SSO if you use it (most do). All optional, all takes about ten minutes.
- Your company logo on the training dashboard
- Optional Microsoft 365 SSO
- Custom welcome message for your team
- 02
Bring on your team
Invite admins and employees three ways: typed in one at a time, bulk CSV upload, or share a self-serve join link with your team — drop it in a Microsoft Teams or Slack channel, post it on your intranet, whatever fits. Domain restrictions stop the wrong people from joining.
- One-by-one email invites
- CSV bulk upload
- Self-serve join links with domain restrictions
- 03
Run quarterly training
Master courses are auto-assigned to every employee in a participating company. New hires get the same course library day one — no manual catchup. New quarterly releases ship to every active user automatically.
- Auto-assignment to all current and future employees
- New module every quarter
- Annual refresh of existing modules
- 04
Issue and verify certificates
Every completion produces a certificate with a unique serial number, a downloadable PDF with a scannable QR code, and a public verification URL. Auditors confirm validity by scanning the certificate or visiting the URL — no email back-and-forth required.
- Unique serial per certificate
- Downloadable PDF with scannable QR code
- Public verification page
- Automatic expiry tracking + recertification
Monthly bulletins fill the gap between quarterly modules.
Short-form video tips and timely threat alerts. Participation is tracked — the certificate stays reserved for the quarterly modules. Bulletins can push directly to your team, or wait in a review queue for admin approval before they go out.
Quarterly proves it. Monthly keeps it sharp. Together, a complete SAT program.
What an auditor sees, exactly.
CMMC and NIST 800-171 reviewers want evidence of ongoing training, current content, and verifiable certification. ClickCerts produces that evidence as a normal byproduct of running the platform — no separate export, no scrambling at audit time.
Per-employee completion records
Date, course, score, certificate serial, expiry date.
Quarterly release timeline
Evidence of ongoing program — not just one-time training.
Public certificate verification
Auditor confirms a certificate is real by visiting its URL.
Domain-restricted access
SSO records who actually authenticated, not just who was invited.
Want to see what your team's program would look like?
Tell us your size and what's driving the need (CMMC, cyber insurance, or just good security practice). We'll send back a quote, the course outline, and a sample certificate — the same one your auditor or insurance carrier would see. Want to see the platform hands-on? Ask and we'll set up a walkthrough or a short trial.
